The firm is led by four partners, who each bring an abundance of experience, expertise and skills. Whilst the firm originated as a general audit service provider, our partners have, through their existing client base, acquired an in-depth level of expertise in all areas of accounting, finance and related activities. Auditing
TVA provides a range of audit services to assist clients in achieving their business objectives, managing their risk and improving their business performance. We provide a cost-effective audit that is tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. This includes: independent reviews, voluntary as well statutory audits in terms of Companies Act. Our services include the audit of attorneys as well as estate agents, trust accounts, public charities, Non-profit organisations etc.
ACCOUNTING
Although the maintaining of accounting records and the preparing of financial statements are primarily the responsibility of the directors of a company or members of a close corporation, we also assist the directors / members and their personnel in the monthly processing of accounts. This ensures the compliance of statutory requirements as well as the most reliable set of management accounts to assist both directors and members in making informed decisions and allows for strategic direction. We also offer a payroll service including monthly pay slips and reports reflecting year to date payroll statistics.
Given the ever-increasing complexities of income tax legislation in South Africa, plus the severe penalties imposed on tax payers that fail to meet their tax obligations, tax compliance is always our top priority. TVA offers a comprehensive solution to manage your risks effectively through streamlined processes, accurate information systems and ongoing control and management of the entire tax process. We also assist clients with all tax registrations and tax submissions required by SARS.
Compliance with the Companies Act demands that more attention be given to statutory requirements. TVA Secretarial Services can ensure that you comply with all legislated requirements. The firm takes care of all the statutory details including directors, share and other registers, annual returns, documents of constitution, changes to shareholdings and other membership interests.
